If you would like to have a general email that will be shared between people for a common purpose, you can request an organizational email account be created.
For the request we will need the following information:
- Owner Name
The user who will be the primary contact concerning the email account.
- Owner Email
USC Email for the owner of the account
- Owner Phone Number
Number that the owner can be reached
- Desired Email
This will be the name would you would like people to email to.
Please note that this may not match the actual account name, and certain names may be denied.
- Preferred Display Name
This will be the name displayed in the Address Book, and displayed when someone receives and email from the account.
- Purpose of Account
A short description of what the email account will be used for.
- List of User permissions
A list of the users that you will want to have access to the email, as well as what permissions they will need. (Examples: Full Mailbox, Calendar read only, Send As)
